Builder of Integrity Award

Grayhawk Homes is pleased to announce that we have won the 2018 Builder of Integrity Award. The award was presented by Quality Builders Warranty Corporation, which selects one builder each year to receive the honor.

The Builder of Integrity Award recognizes member builders who demonstrate an ongoing commitment to the highest standards of new home construction and customer service.

Dave Erickson, president of Grayhawk Homes, began his career as a builder in 1992 after serving for 12 years in the U.S. Army. He has grown the business so successfully that Grayhawk is now one of the top 150 builders in the United States. The company builds about 300 houses each year.

Erickson says that his company focuses on building high quality homes that are affordable for most buyers. He offers a variety of home designs so that nearly anyone can find a plan that suits their needs. Grayhawk also builds its homes with energy efficiency in mind to help homeowners reduce their utility bills and contribute to a healthier environment.

Grayhawk Homes received the award as a member of the Quality Builders Warranty Program. Every Grayhawk home is protected by the corporation’s 10-year home warranty. Membership in the program requires builders to be qualified for admission and to be screened regularly for compliance with the group’s standards. These include professional ethics, proper construction techniques and financial stability. The award is reserved for the best builders among the program’s members.

The company earned the award because of its high rate of customer satisfaction. Erickson says that he and his team maintain a consistent focus on customer service and high-quality work. This extends to their ability to hire the best local subcontractors, who put their best effort into the work in order to ensure a continuing relationship with Grayhawk. In the end, it’s the customer who benefits from this mutual commitment and attention to detail.

Grayhawk has received numerous other awards in recent years including the Top Energy Efficiency Builder of the Year, the Guildmaster Award for Service Excellence, the Top Three Home Builders in Columbus and many more.
